How much does a Tax Return cost?: Our standard fee is $163.64 plus GST. The only additions are
1. Rental property schedule $80 plus GST per property
2. Business Activity Schedule $125 plus GST per schedule (e.g sole trader tutoring service)
3. Properties Sold $125 plus GST per property sold
4. Share Disposals $80 plus GST for up to 3 Share Disposals
5. Cryptocurrency Disposals $90 plus GST for up to 3 Crypto Disposals

Do I have to answer every question in the checklist?: No, only answer what is relevant you.
Can I lodge previous years' tax returns?: Yes!
Do I need to send you my PAYG summary and other documents?: Yes. With our online portal service you'll be able to scan and upload your PAYG summary and other documents with just a few clicks of the mouse.
I have completed my checklist, what do I do next?: Once the checklist is completed, if online simply submit it, if you have the hard copy simply return to us.
We aim to have your tax return prepared and posted or emailed back to you within 14 days of receipt or sooner for signing.
Upon receipt of the signed tax return, it is then electronically lodged with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on the same day.
Will I get a cheque sent to me or can my refund be paid into my bank account electronically?: The only option available is to have your refund paid directly into your nominated bank account electronically, cheques are no longer sent via post. You should receive your refund in around 14 days (subject to ATO processing).
What are you going to do with my personal information?: In accordance with Privacy Laws, your information is personal and valuable it will not be disclosed to any other party without your prior consent.
I have a tax query or I’m unsure of an item in the checklist?: Contact us directly and we will assist you. We are qualified accountants who are more than happy to speak to our clients and help them with any tax issue FREE of charge.
How long will it take to complete the Tax Checklist?: The beauty of the checklist system is that no personal visits are necessary you can complete the checklist in the comfort of your lounge room chair while watching your favourite TV show! We estimate it should take on average 30-60 minutes for a standard checklist.
